Susan has over 15 years of experience as a hiring manager in both for-profit and not-for-profit environments. She has received extensive recognition for her skills as an interviewer and a trainer. She has taught a multitude of workshops and training sessions and believes in making dynamic and engaging presentations. She has conducted instructional events in the U.S., Thailand, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Malawi and South Africa and has a unique understanding of the complexities of cross-cultural communication. Her interview and training skills are rooted in her natural ability to read and connect with people.
Susan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wellesley College and a Master's degree in Public Health Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Washington.
